NEW DEAL SEALED AT DISCOVERY COURT AS LOCAL BUSINESS EXPANDS

Discovery Court Business Centre in Poole, Dorset, continues to thrive. Its owner St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has signed a new deal with WDSGlobal; it sees the company, which provides specialist managed services to the mobile industry and already occupies 3,869 sq ft, more than double its space at the site.

WDSGlobal now occupies 8,415 sq ft at the business centre which is located on Wallisdown Road, close to the A31 and A35.

Steve Hockey, General Manager at WDSGlobal, said: “Discovery Court has served our business well. We now need additional space to support the growth of our business as we service some of the biggest brands in the mobile industry.”

Centre manager Debbie Cairns said: “It’s great to see WDSGlobal expanding growing so quickly. The business centre is an excellent base, with its flexible lease terms, range of suites and fantastic facilities, including conferencing and telephone services, car parking and on site restaurant.”

Suites available at the business centre range from 140 to 9,000 sq ft and other tenants include Bournemouth and Poole PCT, ITV Broadcasting, Barnardos, St. John Ambulance and Alterian.
